Q. What is your photographic style? My photography style is to keep things as natural as possible. The vast majority of my images will be shot completely naturally with available light in a candid manner without flash.

Q. Do you take lots of formal group photographs? I take as few or as many as you would like but I would suggest a maximum of 8

Q. How long do you stay on the day? This is completely up to you. Please see my wedding packages page for more info

Q. Can we speak or meet you before we book you? Of course. We can have a chat on the phone, or set up a video chat over Facetime / Zoom.

Q. My partner is uncomfortable in front of a camera. No problem, I would say the majority of my couples are a little unsure about being photographed. I'm very relaxed and personable so no need to panic. I shoot in a relaxed style so 99% of the time you won’t even know that I’ve taken a picture! To help show you how I work I do offer pre wedding shoots. They're perfect for us to get to know one another, see how I work and more importantly for you to feel comfortable with me.

Q. Do you visit the wedding venue before the big day? I try to but due to shooting weddings across the country it’s not always possible. This is never a problem as I arrive in plenty of time on the day, giving myself ample opportunity to have a good look around.

Q. Do we have to pay a fee to secure you for our date? To secure the date you are kindly required to pay a reservation and contract fee. This is non refundable and is deducted from the final balance.

Q. How far do you travel? I travel all over the UK and overseas, so distance is never a problem.

Q. When is the final balance payable? The final balance is payable no later than 30 days before the wedding date.

Q. Do you require any power supplies? Nope, I don’t require access to any power supply as I work light, carrying all that I need with me.

Q. Are you insured? Yes I am fully covered with professional photography insurance.

Q. How long until we receive the pictures? During the busy summer months my delivery time is 4-6 weeks or do I offer an express 7 day turnaround as an optional extra.

Q. Once we have the pictures can we really do what we like with them? The simple answer is yes within reason. The pictures will be yours to do with as you wish, so if that means printing copies for your grandma Pat, Jim next door or using them for social media that's fine with me. The only exemption is for advertising purposes without my consent and for financial gain. Please contact me if you have any queries,
